VISTA EYES IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED

After 30 years of caring for patients, Vista Eyes Laser Eye Clinic has now permanently closed.

We sincerely thank our patients and the community for their trust and support over the years.

If you would like to request a copy of your medical records, please submit your request here.

If you have already submitted a request, please be assured we are working through these as quickly as possible. Although the clinic is now closed, a small team will remain until
31 July 2026 to finalise the closure and complete medical record requests.

Previous patients of Dr Wolfe are encouraged to see their local optometrist for ongoing eye care.
If your optometrist believes specialist care is required, they will be able to refer you to an appropriate ophthalmologist.
