Dr Rick Wolfe

Dr Rick Wolfe is one of Australia’s most accomplished and experienced laser eye surgeons and vision correction specialists. He is globally recognised and is regularly invited to present on his surgical expertise and latest innovations at international eye surgery conferences.
Dr Wolfe has been an ophthalmic surgeon for over 30 years and a pioneer in laser eye surgery since it began in Melbourne in 1991. He is the first surgeon in Victoria to perform LASIK and LASEK eye surgery and has personally performed over 30,000 laser eye procedures.
Dr Wolfe is a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO) and a Fellow and Founder of the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences (WCRSVS).

Dr Justin Sherwin is an experienced ophthalmologist who performs Cataract Surgery, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) procedures.
At Vista Eyes, Dr Sherwin is passionate about matching your lifestyle to your visual requirements. He offers all lens-based refractive solutions including blended-vision (monovision) and the latest premium intraocular lenses (extended depth of focus and multifocal intraocular lenses), designed to increase spectacle independence. He also has special interests in performing cataract surgery in eyes with additional pathology including glaucoma and macular degeneration, and in eyes with previous refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK).
Clinical Team
The clinical team at Vista Eyes is highly experienced in the field of refractive surgery. At your initial consultation they will assess the function and health of your eyes using a series of conventional and specialised diagnostic devices. They are motivated to provide each patient with their best visual outcome and will ensure you are informed about the benefits and risks of the procedures available to you. Our team members assist Dr Wolfe during the surgery and will help guide you through your recovery at your post-operative visits. The team is available to make you feel comfortable at every step along the way.
