Dr Rick Wolfe recently attended the 8th ForeSight symposium in Hong Kong.  On 22 – 23 June 2019, over 300 delegates from the Asia-Pacific region participated in the program, which included inspiring keynote presentations from leading experts, panel discussions, interactive audience response system and 3D videos on cataract surgery.  Several new Alcon products and innovations were presented, including Clareon® AutonoMe™ and advances in Centurion® phacoemulsification systems such as the Active Sentry handpiece.  

Dr Wolfe moderated a session titled ‘Walk a while in my shoes – Mapping the journey for cataract patients’ where speakers shared their insights on patient counselling for Advanced Technology IOLs.  He also presented on the topic of treating patients with astigmatism in the ‘Hot Topic’ of the day.
